The staff was so friendly and kind. You can actually bathe your dog there and they have everything you need for your animal, it's a beautiful store in The District with artwork from a local artist that is absolutely beautiful! Gosh, what a hidden gem ❤️Another great find in amazing Mississippi! AND AND AND they help rescues....how about that, I found my dog food store❤️

Very nice, very clean. They have dog bathing facilities and lots of pet products. They also partner with local rescues to help find homes for cats and dogs. I take lots of my foster kittens there for meet and greets with potential families. All of the employees are so helpful and friendly.

The manager - i unfortunately didn't get her name - is amazing. We are visiting from out of town and the hours on Google said a different closing time than actual closing time. She still let us purchase our treats and encouraged us to look around. She was engaging with our kids and very knowledgeable about their products. Beautiful store. Great experience. Will definitely come back if we visit Jackson again.

My favorite store to shop for my Havanese Silk puppy and happies for other family members dogs. They have the best treats around and the best well made stuffed animals/toys for any size dog. They also have all kind of things you might need for your special dog or cat.

Stopped by to get my baby girl new leashes in our new company colors. Zoe Grace is Neighbor Well ready. Staff here is always attentive and helpful. Sister even went to the back of the store to see what other colors they had in inventory. Can't count how many times I've gotten a canned response of "everything we have is on the floor." Great experience. I will be back.

This is a really neat place to take your dog, adopt a pet, have your pet groomed or groom your own pet. They offer treats, accessories, and almost anything else you could need for your pet. The people are friendly and helpful.

My dog almost wants us to go out of town because he LOVES getting visits from Chipper and Coco. They truly care about the wellbeing of my pets and I feel so secure traveling knowing the fur babies are in good hands.

This is long overdue! They visited our pets while we were out of town and Chipper and Coco were phenomenal! It is so convenient to have them come in and take care of our pets than to drop them off at Petsmart or somewhere. They are much more affordable too!

I recently moved to the area with my dog. My first visit I was able to do a training consultation with the trainer. He was very knowledgeable about dog care and training. My dog is normally aggressive and reactive around other dogs and strangers as she is a shelter dog. However, within 15 minutes of being with the trainer she seemed to be very comfortable and focused on only him and I despite the other dogs and people being in the store. I was highly impressed. I have since been taking my dog back for training as well as using the groomer. The groomer was very kind and my babygirl was so comfortable with her. My dog looked so beautiful, felt so soft, and smelled great! Whenever the groomer is not available (which is not common) I take advantage of the Dog bathing station. It is extremely easy and convenient to use. It is not messy at all unlike at home, and they provide everything you need! Overall, the store is very nice and clean. The employees are great! My dog and I have enjoyed our visits here everytime we come. You should definitely check it out!
